April Newsletter from #TeamQube

#TeamQube is delighted to confirm its award onto the ‘MMC Major Construction Framework’ for Norfolk County Council over the next 3-years.

The recent growth of the company has seen us successfully design, build and deliver specialist SEND teaching blocks throughout the UK. This foundation and experience, along with our growing reputation as a dependable, turn-key contractor, formed the basis of our successful bid.

The company is extremely excited about the opportunity to work in collaboration with the council to deliver further dedicated, SEND and educational resource bases across the county.

The Qube is one of three contractors successful with its bid. The value band of schemes will be between £500K to £2.5m and the framework will form a critical part of the company’s growth strategy over the next few years.

Managing Director, Jordan Spittle, said ‘the framework result is testament to the hard work that the team has put into forging a fantastic relationship with the council, but also the dedication to delivering the previous project for the local school in Norfolk, without that, we would not have had the opportunity. I would also like to thank the team and wider supply chain for the commitment shown in pulling the bid together, it was a pleasure to be a part of and all members of #TeamQube and suppliers/sub-contractors are extremely excited about the opportunity on this framework, with lots more exciting projects in the pipeline.’

This month, #TeamQube started on its next site project for a school in Kent.
This brand-new facility is soon-to-be a purpose-built double classroom due to school expansion.
Groundworks and SIP erection is booked in for whilst the children are on their Easter break.
Busy few weeks ahead for the team with multiple live site projects.

Dominic Skinner attended the quarterly members meeting with Modular and Portable Building Association (MPBA) at Hellidon Lakes this month.

Each quarter, MPBA host a members meeting that encourages presentations of key industry updates, networking and also to discuss ideas and issues, or for new products and services to be revealed.

We look forward to catching up with everyone at the next event.

Over the last few years, we have diversified further into the leisure sector to provide extra space solutions.
