Contract Awards & 2x Project Handovers – A Busy Month For #TeamQube

#TeamQube are delighted to confirm the Contract Award for the design and build of a new teaching block at a school in the South West.

It has been a fantastic team effort and we have received lots of excellent support from our wider supply chain and consultants to get this project through planning.

We have successfully completed and handed over our latest ‘net zero in operation’ teaching block for a valued client.

This project was slightly different from our ‘standard’ finishes and it included a super high M&E performance specification!

To meet the requirements a 15.99 kWp SolarEdge PV system was installed to the roof of the building offering full monitoring of the system. The PV system is designed to generate enough energy over the year to offset the buildings annual energy consumption. Through the use of energy efficient building materials, lighting, heating and controls the energy consumption of the building is as lean as it can be without compromise to the operation.

#TeamQube is delighted to achieve Practical Completion at our latest #SEND resource base for an academy trust in Liverpool.

This was our second project for the school and trust, after successfully delivering a new teaching block in 2021.

Thank you to our wider supply chain and sub-contractors who worked hard to complete the project in tough weather conditions and two weeks ahead of programme.
