The Qube where approached by the Principal of Cirencester College to build their very own bespoke Energy Demonstration Eco Tiny Home.
The unit is equipped with a full solar array with battery inverter, infrared heating, rain water harvesting and much more!
The Solution
Cirencester College wanted a house to support their green engineering and construction provision, where they can demonstrate a number of green energy sources at work and showcase highly efficient modern building technology. The college needed a bespoke space where they can model different types of occupation while learners track and monitor energy production and consumption. Their research led them to The Qube.
The Outcome
Matt Reynolds, Principal of Cirencester College
“The people at The Qube have been responsive and quick to help with our requests. This is an innovative design and something that will have an impact on training future engineers.
