Finch Woods Academy

To provide a school expansion solution for early years learning. The school needed extra space for this age group as well as a disabled facility to fit the needs of individuals and to help with extra intake of students with additional learning needs.

Using SIP panel construction, The Qube was able to design and build a new classroom space which met the clients’ exact needs. The flooring selected was a perfect match for the vision for this school.

The building was completed on time and to budget. The Qube managed the clients’ expectations throughout the project and worked together with everyone involved to ensure a high-quality build finish. Client communication was excellent and the project programme was achieved.
The Qube also went on to successfully win the second phase extension on the school which will be started early in 2023.
