Following the summer riots in 2011, the Greater London Authority needed to provide a facility which would be used for community regeneration. The Qube and its architects worked with the Greater London Authority to design and build a scheme which provided a high quality meeting room and externally decked areas for public use. The Qube were able to offer a fully managed project which created a veranda entrance area and large canopy to visibly signify the importance of the project and highlight the entrance way whilst creating a youthful and positive vibe for the community. The building was opened by the Mayor of London, Boris Johnson, and local Tottenham football star Ledley King.
