Demolition of the Block 02 ‘Devon Lady’ unit and replacement with new permanent
teaching block. The works comprise the complete design, construction and completion of modular teaching block to accommodate a single 30-person class. The building is to be single storey modular construction complete with all associated external works, M&E services and connections to existing services and will incorporate the pre-existing classroom Block 03 which was constructed in 2018.

Additional Classroom to existing Phase 1 classroom, cloakroom and toilet facilities, future scoped to allow further extension for two first floor classrooms above.
